"My wife and I have paid Social Security 'taxes' for over 42 years. We are military veterans. My wife retired from the US Air Force after participating in the first Gulf War, and she was also a sergeant in the Tennessee Army National Guard. But when I became 100% disabled and could no longer work, I filed a claim for Social Security Disability 'insurance'. But Social Security Administration refused to pay, alleging that I 'did not have enough credits to qualify for Social Security Disability'. But the Social Security Administration will allow an illegal alien felon enemy combatant to qualify for full Social Security Retirement pension in only ONE YEAR, and the US Post Office will deliver their Social Security pension check to MEXICO! It has taken me 10 years to finally get in US District Court to appeal the fraudulent theft by the Administrative Law Judge employed by Social Security Administration, and the army of bureaurats employed by Social Security. And get this, the trial lawyers employed by US Department of Justice are using the absurd and fraudulent legal defense that I never did file for Social Security Disability, ignoring the fact that my Social Security file and ALJ Hearing transcripts officially include the fact that I did file for Disability. So now my pro se appeal in federal court in Knoxville will be a trillion-dollar precedent-setting 'class action', to officially allow disabled spouses to claim their spouses' Social Security credits, as Social Security Administration already confesses that US citizens have the right to do. This pro se "class action" also seeks to deny illegal aliens the right to steal billions of dollars in Social Security pension funds. Trial lawyers who specialize in Social Security cases allege to me that it is impossible for them to win my case, but I have already won precedent-setting trials pro se in other courts, that licensed lawyers alleged were impossible to win, including trials where the US Constitution was at stake. It appears that virtually the entire 'legal profession' is complicit in these mafia scams by gangsters in government. Replacement magistrate described the stipulated facts in this appeal as "beyond the pale of anything seen by this magistrate judge in any other Social Security appeal", such as the fact that illegal aliens get full Social Security benefits after one year, Social Security Administration describes itself on its website and forms as an "insurance policy trust fund" while calling all Social Security pensions "welfare" in all court opinions, and Social Security Withholding taxes from all paychecks are triple-dipped and extorted as condition for employment (de facto "slave tax"). The magistrate's Recommendation to the district judge noted, "The process used by ALJ in arriving at his decision that the plaintiff is not disabled is most troubling. The vocational specialist's comments to which the ALJ refers in his decision [are] largely indecipherable. The Court has absolutely no inkling of the qualificiations of the vocational specialist. The ALJ decided not to endure another potentially unpleasant administrative hearing and elected not to establish a significant number of jobs through a qualified vocational expert. The vocational specialist comments are not substantial evidence that a significant number of jobs exist which a person with the plaintiff's severe mental impairments could perform." Magistrate failed to address the new RFC medical vocational evidence by plaintiff, proving kidney damage and/or failure, which prevents plaintiff from driving motor vehicles on a daily basis, and prevents sitting in chairs on a daily basis, or that plaintiff was forced to lie down on the floor during the ALJ hearing, due to severe back pain, or that "severe mental impairment from ADD" is a symptom of insomnia and myagenic encephalomyalitis (inflammation of the spinal cord and brain aka fibromyagia aka rheumatism) due to organic kidney disease, with only 1-hour of sleep before the ALJ hearing. According to the magistrate and ALJ, "beyond the pale" includes the US Constitution and several hundred pages of plaintiff's medical records, since SSA NEVER considers medical records when "determining" disability. The magistrate refused to grant injunctive relief for plaintiff, to stop 40-million illegal aliens from getting paid Social Security benefits.
President Andrew Jackson vetos the charter of the private 2nd Bank of the United States - By the early 1830s, President Andrew Jackson had come to thoroughly dislike the Second Bank of the United States because of its fraud and corruption. Jackson then had an investigation done on the Bank which he said established “beyond question that this great and powerful institution had been actively engaged in attempting to influence the elections of the public officers by means of its money.” Although its charter was bound to run out in 1836, Jackson wanted to "kill" the Second Bank of the United States even earlier. Jackson is considered primarily responsible for its demise, seeing it as an instrument of political corruption and a threat to American liberties. In his message on the veto of the bank Jackson used language which appeared to resonate mostly with the common man of the country, while attacking the predominantly rich or foreign stockholders of the current bank. The Second Bank of the United States thrived from the tax revenue that the federal government regularly deposited. Jackson struck at this vital source of funds in 1833 by instructing his Secretary of the Treasury to deposit federal tax revenues in state banks, soon nicknamed "pet banks" because of their loyalty to Jackson's party. Some anti-Jacksonians converted their outrage into political action. Under guidance from Webster and Clay, in 1834 they formed the Whig party. They did not get enough new members to override a veto. Because numerous economic Panics during the preceding years, Congress did not send another bank charter bill to Jackson. The Second Bank of the United States was left with little money and, in 1836, its charter expired and it turned into an ordinary bank in Philadelphia. Five years later, the former Second Bank of the United States went bankrupt.

For these gratuities to foreigners and to some of our own opulent citizens the act secures no equivalent whatever. The many millions which this act proposes to bestow on the stockholders of the existing bank must come directly or indirectly out of the earnings of the American people. But this act does not permit competition in the purchase of this monopoly. It seems to be predicated on the erroneous idea that the present stockholders have a prescriptive right not only to the favor but to the bounty of Government. It appears that more than a fourth part of the stock is held by foreigners and the residue is held by a few hundred of our own citizens, chiefly of the richest class. For their benefit does this act exclude the whole American people from competition in the purchase of this monopoly and dispose of it for many millions less than it is worth. I can not perceive the justice or policy of this course. If our Government must sell monopolies, it would seem to be its duty to take nothing less than their full value, and if gratuities must be made once in fifteen or twenty years let them not be bestowed on the subjects of a foreign government nor upon a designated and favored class of men in our own country. It has been urged as an argument in favor of rechartering the present bank that the calling in its loans will produce great embarrassment and distress. By documents submitted to Congress at the present session it appears that on the 1st of January, 1832, of the twenty-eight millions of private stock in the corporation, $8,405,500 were held by foreigners, mostly of Great Britain. Already is almost a third of the stock in foreign hands and not represented in elections. It is constantly passing out of the country, and this act will accelerate its departure. The entire control of the institution would necessarily fall into the hands of a few citizen stockholders, and the ease with which the object would be accomplished would be a temptation to designing men to secure that control in their own hands by monopolizing the remaining stock. There is danger that a president and directors would then be able to elect themselves from year to year, and without responsibility or control manage the whole concerns of the bank during the existence of its charter. It is easy to conceive that great evils to our country and its institutions millet flow from such a concentration of power in the hands of a few men irresponsible to the people. Is there no danger to our liberty and independence in a bank that in its nature has so little to bind it to our country? Their power would be great whenever they might choose to exert it; but if this monopoly were regularly renewed every fifteen or twenty years on terms proposed by themselves, they might seldom in peace put forth their strength to influence elections or control the affairs of the nation. Should the stock of the bank principally pass into the hands of the subjects of a foreign country, and we should unfortunately become involved in a war with that country, what would be our condition? Controlling our currency, receiving our public moneys, and holding thousands of our citizens in dependence, it would be more formidable and dangerous than the naval and military power of the enemy. If we must have a bank with private stockholders, every consideration of sound policy and every impulse of American feeling admonishes that it should be purely American. Instead of sending abroad the stock of the bank in which the Government must deposit its funds and on which it must rely to sustain its credit in times of emergency, it would rather seem to be expedient to prohibit its sale to aliens under penalty of absolute forfeiture. It is maintained by the advocates of the bank that its constitutionality in all its features ought to be considered as settled by precedent and by the decision of the Supreme Court. To this conclusion I can not assent. Mere precedent is a dangerous source of authority, and should not be regarded as deciding questions of constitutional power except where the acquiescence of the people and the States can be considered as well settled. This act authorizes and encourages transfers of its stock to foreigners and grants them an exemption from all State and national taxation. So far from being "necessary and proper" that the bank should possess this power to make it a safe and efficient agent of the Government in its fiscal operations, it is calculated to convert the Bank of the United States into a foreign bank, to impoverish our people in time of peace, to disseminate a foreign influence through every section of the Republic, and in war to endanger our independence. Congress have established a mint to coin money and passed laws to regulate the value thereof. The money so coined, with its value so regulated, and such foreign coins as Congress may adopt are the only currency known to the Constitution. But if they have other power to regulate the currency, it was conferred to be exercised by themselves, and not to be transferred to a corporation. If the bank be established for that purpose, with a charter unalterable without its consent, Congress have parted with their power for a term of years, during which the Constitution is a dead letter. It is neither necessary nor proper to transfer its legislative power to such a bank, and therefore unconstitutional. Suspicions are entertained and charges are made of gross abuse and violation of its charter. An investigation unwillingly conceded and so restricted in time as necessarily to make it incomplete and unsatisfactory discloses enough to excite suspicion and alarm. It is to be regretted that the rich and powerful too often bend the acts of government to their selfish purposes. There are no necessary evils in government. Its evils exist only in its abuses. Nor is our Government to be maintained or our Union preserved by invasions of the rights and powers of the several States. In thus attempting to make our General Government strong we make it weak. Private foreign banksters hire a dozen assassins to kill President General Andrew Jackson who was shot a dozen different times - Jackson was appointed commander of the Tennessee militia in 1801, with the rank of colonel. During the War of 1812 against the British Empire, which burned Washington DC and bombed New Orleans, Tecumseh incited the "Red Stick" Creek Indians of northern Alabama and Georgia to attack white settlements. Four hundred settlers were killed in the Fort Mims Massacre. In the resulting Creek War, Jackson commanded the American forces, which included Tennessee militia, U.S. regulars, and Cherokee, Choctaw, and Southern Creek Indians. Sam Houston and David Crockett served under Jackson in this campaign. Jackson's service in the War of 1812 against the United Kingdom was conspicuous for bravery and success. When British forces menaced New Orleans, Jackson took command of the defenses, including militia from several western states and territories. In the Battle of New Orleans on January 8, 1815, Jackson's 5,000 soldiers won a victory over 7,500 British. The British had more than 2,000 casualties to Jackson's 13 killed and 58 wounded or missing. The first attempt to do bodily harm to a President was against Jackson, not counting the assassination of former President General George Washington, carried out by Masonic doctors for foreign Masonic banksters, confessed in a Masonic idor of Satan's penis 555 feet tall, which is the Masonic number of assassination. On January 30, 1835, Jackson was crossing the Capitol Rotunda when Richard Lawrence approached Jackson. Lawrence aimed two pistols at Jackson, which both misfired. Jackson then attacked Lawrence with his cane, prompting his aides to restrain him. Others present, including David Crockett, restrained and disarmed Lawrence. He claimed that with the President dead, "money would be more plenty"—a reference to Jackson’s struggle with the Bank of the United States—and that he "could not rise until the President fell." He was deemed insane, institutionalized, and never punished for his assassination attempt. Jackson fought 13 duels, many nominally over his wife's honor. Charles Dickinson was the only man Jackson ever killed in a duel. on May 30, 1806, Dickinson shot Jackson in the ribs before Jackson returned the fatal shot; Jackson actually allowed Dickinson to shoot first, knowing him to be an excellent shot, and as his opponent reloaded, Jackson shot, even as the bullet lodged itself in his chest. The bullet that struck Jackson was so close to his heart that it could never be safely removed. Jackson had been wounded so frequently in duels that it was said he "rattled like a bag of marbles." At times he would cough up blood, and he experienced considerable pain from his wounds for the rest of his life. During a September 1813 gunfight with the Benton brothers in downtown Nashville, the cause of which is a little cloudy, Jackson was shot by a slug and a ball. The slug shattered his left shoulder and the ball embedded against his left humerus. Jackson bled profusely, soaking two mattresses after being moved to a room in the Nashville Inn. Every physician in town tried to stanch the flow of blood, and all but one recommended amputation of the left arm. Jackson refused: "I'll keep my arm" was the last thing he said before becoming unconscious. Both wounds were dressed with poultices. Jackson was utterly prostrate from the great loss of blood -- it was three weeks before he could leave his bed. But, by 34 days after the shooting, Jackson was commanding troops in the field. By 1831, Jesse Benton's 1813 bullet was migrating and causing periods of intense discomfort. Jackson considered going to Philadelphia to have it removed, but decided against it "because of the political motives which would have been imputed." So, in January 1832, Dr. Thomas Harris, chief of the Navy's Bureau of Medicine, was summoned to the White House to remove the bullet. "No anesthesia was available, of course, so Jackson simply bared his arm, gritted his jaws,... and said `Go ahead.' The surgeon made an incision, squeezed the arm, and out popped [the bullet]." Jackson's health improved at once, which has led to speculation that the bullet was causing or contributing to lead poisoning, for which there is some evidence. Jackson had two adopted sons, Andrew Jackson Jr., the son of Rachel's brother Severn Donelson, and Lyncoya, a Creek Indian orphan adopted by Jackson after the Creek War. After retiring to Nashville, he enjoyed eight years of retirement and died at The Hermitage on June 8, 1845 at the age of 78, of chronic tuberculosis, "dropsy" and heart failure.

I always felt that the so-called ‘leaders’ in the tax revolution were missing the point. Then came Whitey Harrell and Venice Kuglin with notable acquittals. Why were they acquitted? Because they did not try to tell the court, what the law was. They were acquitted because they put on a “Good Faith Belief defense”, that they had not violated a ‘Known Legal Duty’. And it was this known legal duty, which the prosecutors (in both cases) did not identify to the Court in their complaint or in open court, the judges (in both cases) would not identify to the jury, when they were requested it! SHOW ME THE LAW! This type of defense first accomplishes two things: (1) It maintains your presumption of innocence; and
(2) It keeps the burden of proof on the prosecutor. That’s pretty simple. Do I believe the prosecutor will ever tell the Court what provision of the internal revenue code imposes the “legal duty” on you to pay a personal federal income tax? NO! Because if he does, he will have stated a claim on which the court cannot grant relief and the judge will have to dismiss the case on that basis or, for lack of jurisdiction. Do I believe the judge will ever identify to the jury, the known legal duty? NO! Because, that known legal duty has never been presented with the “full” law of the case, by the prosecution, he can not give it to the jury, even if they request it. And since you are not the complaining party, you are not authorized to do it either. Bottom line is. In a criminal indictment, based on violations of the Internal Revenue Code. Relative to personal federal individual income tax, the indictment – HAS NOT ACTUALLY CHARGED YOU WITH “ANY” CRIME! Both the prosecutor and the judge know this. That is why they will never identify the law that “made you liable”, but the prosecution will move only on “implied presumption of a known legal duty! People like Larken Rose and his wife along with Dick Simkanen and Lynn Merideth made assertive claims and affirmative defenses based on what they perceived the law to be, or they made judgements regarding the law and its application to them. This is not your job but the court’s job!

Aaron Russo assassination trial - LOS ANGELES — A hedge fund manager and art collector from New York testified under immunity Tuesday that Anthony Pellicano, the Hollywood private detective accused of wiretapping and racketeering, had once offered to have a movie producer killed for him. Adam D. Sender, the owner of Exis Capital, a hedge fund that at one point had more than $1 billion in assets, said in Federal District Court here that he had paid Mr. Pellicano about $500,000 to investigate Aaron Russo, a producer and onetime talent manager whose film credits included “Trading Places” and "America: Freedom to Fascism". Mr. Russo died of cancer last year, and feared he was assassinated. Mr. Sender testified Tuesday that Mr. Pellicano had wiretapped Mr. Russo for a year and had played recordings of Mr. Russo’s intercepted phone calls for him 10 or 15 times. But Mr. Pellicano grew sick of listening to Mr. Russo, Mr. Sender said. And, in a “frightening” moment in the garden of Mr. Sender’s mansion in Bel-Air, he said, Mr. Pellicano suggested killing Mr. Russo. Jew Russo founded the Ron Paul Revolution, and was a presidential nominee for the Libertarian Party, just like Congressman Ron Paul.
AMERICAN FREE PRESS - Aaron Russo’s documentary movie, America: Freedom to Fascism, is a testament to his unwavering determination to inform the American people about who really runs the economic and political structure in this country.
On Sept. 26, AFP caught up with Russo for an exclusive interview to discuss the vast array of social ills and evils that the power elites have foisted on us over many decades.
Neither of Chicago’s major daily newspapers gave Russo any attention, despite his distinguished background in the Chicago music scene and his subsequent success in making popular movies such as Trading Places and The Rose.
“My conscience made me make the movie,” Russo said. “I have political knowledge, and no one else was doing it. I feel this is my duty as an American. . . . It had to be done; the media won’t tell the truth.”
Russo said there is 15 years of research behind the movie, and it took two years to put together. “I want to do a series of movies to wake up the people,” he said. “This is volume 1.”
He plans to soon make the movie available on DVD and viewable on the Internet for a modest fee that would help finance more movies.
Russo provided AFP with a private screening of the film, which clocks in at one hour, 47 minutes. In that time frame, Russo gets down to some disturbing fundamentals on what ails America. Weaving several big topics into a cohesive presentation, Russo, who narrates his own film, closely examines the Federal Reserve System, the legitimacy of the income tax, plans for a National ID for all Americans, details on tracking chips that can be placed under human skin and other compelling issues.
The film starts with the dark year of 1913, when the Money Trust, as it was sometimes called, took hold. To this day, it has Americans by the jugular.
That year, the secretive planning of foreign banker Paul Warburg, American banker J.P. Morgan and others to create an all-powerful, privately owned and controlled central bank with control of issuing and valuing money and manipulating interest rates was codified into law with the
passage of the Federal Reserve Act. As Russo narrates, this was quietly done in late December of that year when many legislators were already home for the holidays.
The income tax comes next in the film. Also created in 1913 via the 16th Amendment, the tax was established to enable the federal government to collect vast sums of money to service the loans the central bankers would make to the government. This explains the growth of government over the years due to constant borrowing, which, of course, requires more and more taxes to offset the borrowing, combined with constant spending hikes to create and expand government departments and employ more government workers. The cycle never ends.
Russo notes that then-president Woodrow Wilson regretted the success of the banking oligarchy in putting this vast borrowing and collection engine into place.
He also addresses the legitimacy of the income tax, which is included in the Communist Manifesto but was conceptually declared unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1894. As recently as 2003, Russo says, U.S. District Judge James C. Fox declared that the 16th Amendment was not ratified. Of course, this runs contrary to a statement made by the secretary of state at the time the amendment was voted on by Congress that it was ratified by the states.
Russo does an admirable job of establishing that there is no law on the books to provide the legal basis for an unapportioned tax on the labor of the American people. He interviewed several former IRS agents, some of whom say they do not file 1040s anymore, to back that up. He also
shows that the Internal Revenue Code does not define income.
“Government get its power from us, not the other way around,” Russo told AFP.
He then posed the question: Have so many American soldiers died in wars just so U.S. citizens can be “[micro-]chipped like a dog.”
He adds: “Stop being good Republicans. Stop being good Democrats. Start being good Americans.” The system itself must be used to legally abolish the Fed. The film is said to be resonating among people from many walks of life—liberals and conservatives, rich and poor, blacks and whites.
However, raising awareness about the documentary is not easy. Russo said he received a last-minute cancellation for a planned satellite-feed interview from the CNBC “Power Lunch” show with Bill Griffith when the show’s New York producers saw an advance copy. Too hot to handle, they concluded.

Attorney acquitted on federal income tax charges - A Shreveport attorney who has challenged the government for years on the legality of filing federal income taxes has been acquitted on charges he failed to file returns. A federal jury unanimously found Tommy Cryer not guilty this week on two misdemeanor counts of failure to file. And according to Cryer, the prosecution dismissed two felony charges of tax evasion prior to trial. Attempts by The Times on Thursday to reach U.S. Attorney Donald Washington or Bill Flanagan, first assistant U.S. attorney, were not successful. Calls made to the two were not immediately returned. "The court could not find a law that makes me liable or makes my revenues taxable," Cryer said. "The Supreme Court has ruled that the government cannot impose an income tax on anything but the profits and gains. When you work for someone you give your service and labor in exchange for money, so everything you make is not profit or gain. You put something into it." Cryer was indicted last year on two counts of tax evasion. The indictment alleged he evaded payment of $73,000 in income tax to the Internal Revenue Service during 2000 and 2001. Cryer created a trust listing himself as the trustee, and received payments of dividends, interest and stock income to that trust, according to the indictment. He also was accused of concealing his receipt of the sources of income from the IRS by failing to file a tax return on behalf of that trust. "I determined that my personal earnings were not 100 percent profits, some were income," Cryer said. "I refuse to file, I refuse to pay unless they can show me I have a lawful reason to pay." "What I earned was my own personal labor. I am giving something in exchange. I'm giving my property and I don't belong to anyone else." Federal Workers Owe Billions in Unpaid Taxes - As the 2006 tax season approaches, the federal government is still trying to recover nearly $3 billion from its own employees who failed to file income tax returns for 2005. More than 450,000 active and retired federal employees did not voluntarily comply with federal income tax requirements for the 2005 tax year, according to documents obtained by WTOP through the Freedom of Information Act. The total balance owed is $2,799,950,165. The documents show that every federal agency has employees who failed to comply with federal tax laws. Seventy-one employees in the Executive Office of the President, which includes the White House, owe $664,527 in taxes for 2005. About 20 of those employees have entered into an IRS payment plan, bringing the EOP balance down to $455,881owed by 50 employees. The White House did not respond to repeated requests for comment.
Most corporations pay no income taxes - Two-thirds of U.S. corporations paid no federal income taxes between 1998 and 2005, according to a new report from Congress. The study by the Government Accountability Office, expected to be released Tuesday, said about 68 percent of foreign companies doing business in the U.S. avoided corporate taxes over the same period. Collectively, the companies reported trillions of dollars in sales, according to GAO's estimate. An outside tax expert, Chris Edwards of the libertarian Cato Institute in Washington, said increasing numbers of limited liability corporations and so-called "S" corporations pay taxes under individual tax codes. "Half of all business income in the United States now ends up going through the individual tax code," Edwards said. More than 38,000 foreign corporations had no tax liability in 2005 and 1.2 million U.S. companies paid no income tax, the GAO said. Combined, the companies had $2.5 trillion in sales. About 25 percent of the U.S. corporations not paying corporate taxes were considered large corporations, meaning they had at least $250 million in assets or $50 million in receipts. Dorgan and Levin have complained about companies abusing transfer prices -- amounts charged on transactions between companies in a group, such as a parent and subsidiary. In some cases, multinational companies can manipulate transfer prices to shift income from higher to lower tax jurisdictions, cutting their tax liabilities. The GAO did not suggest which companies might be doing this.
U.S. banking giant switches billions in debt to Britain to avoid paying corporation tax for 60 years - Merrill Lynch might not pay any corporation tax for the next 60 years, it emerged today. The giant American investment bank, which employs thousands in the City, has made losses of $29 billion (Ł15 billion) for its exposure to the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis. But it has charged the amount to its British arm, meaning it can offset the losses against corporation tax for decades to come. Accountants say that the move, which is set to spark anger among ordinary taxpayers, is legal but unusual. Merrill Lynch made dramatic writedowns on investments linked to the U.S. housing market. With millions of Americans now struggling to keep up mortgage repayments, the investments have sunk in value causing an economic crisis across the globe. All big banks have suffered, but so far Merrill is the only one to charge the entire loss to the UK. Robert Willens, a tax expert, said the move is not common. “Merrill will have to be able to say that the UK subsidiary was the owner of those securities. “It does not matter where the derivatives unit is based or where the trades were executed. “The only thing that matters is who was the owner of the securities,” he told the Financial Times. The paper calculates that if Merrill starts making profits again at the rate it did in 2006 - a record year - it still won’t have to pay any corporation tax for the next 60 years. Merrill declined to comment. If the move is followed by rivals it could have a huge impact on government coffers. Four-month tax trial ends with no convictions - A criminal tax case alleging income tax evasion and conspiracy dissolved in federal court this week, when a jury returned zero convictions on 161 charges faced by nine defendants. Monday's verdict "sends a strong message," said defense attorney Lisa Rasmussen, who represented Joel Axberg, a tile layer. Informally called the Kahre case -- after the primary defendant, local business owner Robert Kahre, who paid workers in gold and silver coins -- the trial lasted four months. It relied heavily on evidence gathered in a controversial armed raid in May 2003 on several of Kahre's local business places. The raid entailed keeping more than 20 workers handcuffed, at gunpoint, in 106-degree heat without shade or water while agents collected records and equipment. "Yeah, that's a pretty major victory," said defense lawyer William Cohan. "If you go 0 for 160 (in baseball), they'd send you down to the minor leagues." Cohan was upbeat although his client, Kahre, was not acquitted of any of his 109 charges. Rather, the jury hung on all of Kahre's counts. The jury also hung on all counts faced by Kahre's sister, Lori Kahre, and defendant Alex Loglia. Four defendants acquitted of all the charges against them were Axberg, Robert Furman, Ron Ruggles, and Kahre's mother, Myra Buonomo. Part of the case hinged on whether Kahre's workers were employees or independent contractors, who are responsible for paying their own taxes. Two other defendants, Dannielle Alires and Debra Rosenbaum, were partly acquitted, with the jury hung on one count each. Before trial, five additional defendants had pleaded guilty. Michael Kennedy, who defended Lori Kahre, said the case turned on the notion that taxpayers could be wrong without being criminal. He was referring to the fact that his client, Lori Kahre, and other defendants had not paid taxes according to the market value of the precious metal content of the coins in which they were paid, as opposed to their face value. J. Gregory Damm, the assistant U.S. attorney who led the prosecution, declined to say whether the government will retry any of the five defendants on the charges that resulted in a hung jury. The government "did not present one witness who agreed with the conspiracy theory," said attorney Joel Hansen, who defended Loglia. Ramirez said the prosecuting team had a clear, although silent, reaction to the verdict: "The head was hanging down, the shoulders were low." He said "shocked" was the term some prosecutors used to describe themselves when they talked to him after the trial. Once the criminal cases are over, Kahre will pursue related civil actions he has filed against several parties, including federal prosecutor Damm, Internal Revenue Service agents and North Las Vegas police officers who had roles in the raid or indictment process.
IRS defeated - 161 Federal Tax Charges, 0 Convictions - Total National Media Blackout - September 17th, a Las Vegas federal jury returned its verdict refusing to convict nine defendants of any of the 161 federal tax crimes they had been charged with. The charges included income tax evasion, willful failure to file and conspiracy to evade taxes. The four-month trial centered around the family businesses of Robert Kahre who paid numerous workers for their labor with circulating gold and silver U.S. coins, and did not report the wages. The payments took place over several years, allegedly totaling at least $114 million dollars. The Defendants also argued that regardless of the valuation of the coins for internal revenue purposes, there is no law that requires average American workers to file or pay direct, un-apportioned taxes on the fruits of their labor. If a worker is paid with such coins, his taxable "income" (if any) can only be the face value indicated upon the coin money paid -- i.e., $1.00 for a circulating silver dollar or $50 for a circulating gold U.S. coin. Not surprisingly, the IRS has never issued any public guidance regarding this significant issue. The first case, Ling Su Fan v. U.S., 218 US 302 (1910) establishes the legal distinction of a coin bearing the "impress" of the sovereign. The second case, Thompson v. Butler, 95 US 694 (1877), establishes that the law makes no legal distinction between the values of coin and paper money used as legal tender. Defense attorney Hansen confirmed that members of the jury were able to actually hold and inspect the gold and silver U.S. coins paid to the workers. In March 2007, the primary defendant, Bob Kahre, filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the prosecutor and IRS agents who had conducted what he alleges to be an unlawful search and seizure raid. In 2005, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals refused to overturn a previous District Court ruling holding that the federal prosecutor is not entitled to absolute immunity for the unlawful raid.

Any blame for inaccuracy, he added, should rest on Variety editors “who put it through” into print. An associate of Mr. Snipes who was also indicted, Eddie Ray Kahn, the founder of American Rights Litigators and its successor, Guiding Light of God Ministries, was scheduled to appear yesterday at a court hearing in Tampa. Wesley Snipes pleads not guilty in tax case - Wesley Snipes was released on $1 million bond after pleading not guilty to federal charges including falsely claiming millions of dollars in tax refunds, two months after he was indicted in central Florida. The actor, known for films such as the "Blade" trilogy, didn't speak at a court appearance in Ocala on Friday. He went there after arriving in Orlando on a private jet from the African nation of Namibia, where he was filming "Gallow Walker," his publicist said. "I look forward to clearing my name and resolving this issue posthaste," Snipes, wearing blue tinted glasses and a suit, said after the hearing. He didn't comment further. Snipes, 44, was charged in October with fraudulently claiming refunds totaling nearly $12 million in 1996 and 1997 on income taxes already paid. He will be allowed to return to Namibia to finish the film, but must return to his home in Marina del Rey, California, by January 10, U.S. Magistrate Gary Jones ruled. This was the first time in history that IRS lawyers were publicly and thoroughly punished for their fraud.
IRS Loses Tax Case Against FedEx Pilot - A federal jury Friday found FedEx pilot Vernice Kuglin not guilty of evading income taxes on $920,000. The question of tax payment was unresolved at the end of the five-day trial. "I think it is safe to assume the IRS will attempt civil collection, but she is not guilty of tax evasion," said defense attorney Robert Bernhoft of Milwaukee. "I feel justified," a grinning Kuglin said after the verdict was returned at mid--afternoon. She stood outside the federal building, chatting with supporters and jurors. Federal prosecutor Joe Murphy was not available for comment. Kuglin, 58, was charged with six counts of tax evasion that could have meant up to 30 years in prison and $1.5 million in fines. The government accused Kuglin of filing false W4 forms for the period from 1996 to 2001. Kuglin, a pilot for FedEx since 1985, said she had paid taxes like anyone else for most of her life. But about 10 or 11 years ago, she began to question the federal tax system. She began to read court documents, legal opinions and the federal tax code. She said she found what she felt were contradictions. She wanted to know where in the federal tax code it said she was liable for taxes. Kuglin wrote the Internal Revenue Service twice in 1995 with questions but said she didn't get a response. Murphy, in closing arguments on Thursday, said Kuglin did have an opportunity to discuss her situation with the IRS, to learn what she owed and what documents she was required to file "and she didn't." Defense attorney Larry Becraft of Huntsville, Ala., said Kuglin decided mandatory payment of income taxes "did not apply to her." After the verdict Friday, Becraft said the federal tax code is a confusing conglomeration that "at best is a walking due process violation." He said the average American simply doesn't understand the tax code. Juror Barbara Snodgras of Memphis said the jury did not convict because "we all felt that the prosecution didn't prove its case." When asked if she planned to start paying federal income taxes again, Kuglin replied: "I will pay all the taxes for which I am liable." Robert G. As the official body to enforce the European Emissions Trading Scheme for aviation, the EA will monitor emissions from flying, police companies' buying of credits when they exceed their allocation, impose fines and, as a last resort, have the power to seize assets of offending airlines. "We trust the Environment Agency, but the ETS falls far, far, short of what's needed to deal with carbon dioxide - the caps are too lenient so it's not going to do the job," said John Stewart, chairman of the Heathrow campaign group HACAN. Tory barrister Christopher Chope professed himself baffled by the logic of including aviation and shipping. If transportation was made more expensive, how could there be more trade? "As we destroy industry we'll be more dependent on shipping and aviation for our imports!" he said. "When the history books come to be written people will ask why were the only five MPs... who voted against this ludicrous bill," he said. GLOBAL WARMING DROPS 5 FEET OF SUMMER SNOW IN ENGLAND - An estimated 270 million cubic feet of hail – enough hail to fill the Millennium Dome twice over – fell on a five-mile square area of the town. Residents described seeing a "river of ice" flowing down the main street with many forced to wade chest deep to safety. By morning the streets was left like a "lunar landscape" with cars buried under "a meringue" of hail and snow, 2ft deep across the town with drifts up to 6ft in places. "The sleet was coming down and people were saying that they could see rats and mice floating on top," he said. "It was like a volcano with a wall of sludge and hail coming down the hill like larva."
SCIENTISTS PREDICT ICE AGE IN 10 YEARS - As evidence builds of the earth entering a dramatic cooling trend, another scientist has gone public with his conviction that we are about to enter a new ice age, rendering warnings about global warming fraudulent and irrelevant. Victor Manuel Velasco Herrera of the Institute of Geophysics at the University of Mexico states that “In about ten years the Earth will enter a “little ice age” which will last from 60 to 80 years and may be caused by the decrease in solar activity.” Herrera slammed the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) stance on global warming as “erroneous” because of their failure to factor in the impact of solar activity. Herrera cited the growth in glaciers observed at the Andes, Perito Moreno, Logan, the highest mountain in Canada, and Franz-Josef Glacier, New Zealand. A dramatic cooling trend is being observed across the planet even as people like Al Gore continue to claim that the threat of global warming mandates the poor and middle class be hit with CO2 taxes in order to prevent climate change. The reason? Sunspot activity has dwindled. There have only been a handful of days in the past two months where any sunspot activity has been observed and over 400 spotless days have been recorded in the current solar cycle. “The sun’s surface has been fairly blank for the last couple of years, and that has some worried that it may be entering another Maunder minimum, the sun’s 50-year abstinence from sunspots, which some scientists have linked to the Little Ice Age of the 17th century,” reports one science blog.
ARCTIC ICE GROWS 30% A YEAR - Alarmist scientists who predicted that the North Pole could be “ice free” this summer as a result of global warming have been embarrassed after it was revealed that Arctic ice has actually grown by around 30 per cent in the year since August 2007. According to collated data from the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center and the University of Illinois, Arctic ice extent was 30 per cent greater on August 11, 2008 than it was on the August 12, 2007. The video below highlights the differences between those two dates,” reports The Register. “As you can see, ice has grown in nearly every direction since last summer - with a large increase in the area north of Siberia. Also note that the area around the Northwest Passage (west of Greenland) has seen a significant increase in ice. Some of the islands in the Canadian Archipelago are surrounded by more ice than they were during the summer of 1980.” But what of the Antarctic down south? Figures tell us that ice coverage in the year since August 2007 has grown by nearly one million square kilometers. A general cooling trend across the planet is now clearly apparent as sunspot activity, the main driver of climate change, dwindles to almost nothing.
COOLING SUN SHRINKS SOLAR SYSTEM ATMOSPHERE - The protective bubble around the sun that helps to shield the Earth from harmful interstellar radiation is shrinking and getting weaker, Nasa scientists have warned. New data has revealed that the heliosphere, the protective shield of energy that surrounds our solar system, has weakened by 25 per cent over the past decade and is now at it lowest level since the space race began 50 years ago. Scientists are baffled at what could be causing the barrier to shrink in this way and are to launch mission to study the heliosphere. The Interstellar Boundary Explorer, or IBEX, will be launched from an aircraft on Sunday on a Pegasus rocket into an orbit 150,000 miles above the Earth where it will "listen" for the shock wave that forms as our solar system meets the interstellar radiation. Dr Nathan Schwadron, co-investigator on the IBEX mission at Boston University, said: "The interstellar medium, which is part of the galaxy as a whole, is actually quite a harsh environment. There is a very high energy galactic radiation that is dangerous to living things. Around 90 per cent of the galactic cosmic radiation is deflected by our heliosphere, so the boundary protects us from this harsh galactic environment." Without the heliosphere the harmful intergalactic cosmic radiation would make life on Earth almost impossible by destroying DNA and making the climate uninhabitable. Dr David McComas, principal investigator on the IBEX mission, said: "This million mile an hour wind inflates this protective bubble that keeps us safe from intergalactic cosmic rays."

But she pointed out that both Al and Tipper Gore work out of their home and she argued that "the bottom line is that every family has a different carbon footprint. WEATHER CHANNEL WANTS TO SUE AL GORE FOR GLOBAL WARMING SCAM - The Weather Channel has lost its way, according to John Coleman, who founded the channel in 1982. Coleman told an audience at the 2008 International Conference on Climate Change on March 3 in New York that he is highly critical of global warming alarmism. “The Weather Channel had great promise, and that’s all gone now because they’ve made every mistake in the book on what they’ve done and how they’ve done it and it’s very sad,” Coleman said. “It’s now for sale and there’s a new owner of The Weather Channel will be announced – several billion dollars having changed hands in the near future. Let’s hope the new owners can recapture the vision and stop reporting the traffic, telling us what to think and start giving us useful weather information.” The Weather Channel has been an outlet for global warming alarmism. In December 2006, The Weather Channel’s Heidi Cullen argued on her blog that weathercasters who had doubts about human influence on global warming should be punished with decertification by the American Meteorological Society. Coleman also told the audience his strategy for exposing what he called “the fraud of global warming.” He advocated suing those who sell carbon credits, which would force global warming alarmists to give a more honest account of the policies they propose. “[I] have a feeling this is the opening,” Coleman said. “If the lawyers will take the case – sue the people who sell carbon credits. That includes Al Gore. That lawsuit would get so much publicity, so much media attention. And as the experts went to the media stand to testify, I feel like that could become the vehicle to finally put some light on the fraud of global warming.”

Johannesburg, South Africa, had the first significant snowfall in 26 years. Australia experienced the coldest June ever. In northeastern Australia, the city of Townsville underwent the longest period of continuously cold weather since 1941. In New Zealand, the weather turned so cold that vineyards were endangered. Last January, $1.42 billion worth of California produce was lost to a devastating five-day freeze. In April, a killing freeze destroyed 95 percent of South Carolina's peach crop, and 90 percent of North Carolina's apple harvest. At Charlotte, N.C., a record low temperature of 21 degrees Fahrenheit on April 8 was the coldest ever recorded for April, breaking a record set in 1923. On June 8, Denver recorded a new low of 31 degrees Fahrenheit. Denver's temperature records extend back to 1872. Global warming has long since passed from scientific hypothesis to the realm of pseudo-scientific mumbo-jumbo.

Still, "we might get desperate enough to want to use it," he added. Another geoengineering option he mentioned was the use of so-called artificial trees to suck carbon dioxide—the chief human-caused greenhouse gas—out of the air and store it.

One such idea now being discussed with the Obama administration involves -- get this -- launching enormous amounts of pollution particles into Earth's upper atmosphere to block the sun's rays and "chill" the planet. Let me explain why this is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever heard. First off, there's the whole idea that intentionally launching pollution into the atmosphere is, by any reckoning, a dangerous ecological experiment that potentially puts the entire Earth ecosystem at risk. The idea that we can save the planet by polluting the atmosphere is reckless at best, and delusional at worst. But there's a third reason why dimming the sun with atmospheric pollution is a really, really bad idea: Virtually every living creature or system on our planet depends on sunlight for its biological energy. This is true even of humans: We're not solar-powered (unless you're a breatharian), but we do depend on foods that are derived from solar-powered plants at the bottom of the food chain. This is true on land and in the oceans: Sunlight is the primary energy source for virtually ALL life on our planet. So what happens to life on Earth, exactly, when you start dimming out the sun using some hare-brained global pollution initiative?
NASA SAYS CHEMTRAIL TERRA FORMING CAUSES GLOBAL WARMING - NASA research suggests about half the atmospheric warming measured in the Arctic is due to airborne particles called aerosols. Aerosols are emitted by both natural and human sources. They can influence climate by reflecting or absorbing sunlight. The particles also affect climate by changing cloud properties, such as reflectivity. There is one type of aerosol that, according to the study, reduces rather than increases in its emissions seem to have promoted warming. NASA's GLORY satellite will measure aerosols emitted by the US Government's aircraft chemtrail program. NASA warming scientist James Hansen, one of former Vice-President Al Gore’s closest allies in the promotion of man-made global warming fears, is being publicly rebuked by his former supervisor at NASA. Retired senior NASA atmospheric scientist, Dr. John S. Theon, the former supervisor of James Hansen, NASA’s vocal man-made global warming fear soothsayer, has now publicly declared himself a skeptic and declared that Hansen “embarrassed NASA” with his alarming climate claims and said Hansen was “was never muzzled.” Theon joins the rapidly growing ranks of international scientists abandoning the promotion of man-made global warming fears.

He is the president of the National Environmental Resource Fund, or NERF, a radical environmental organization founded by lawyers, not scientists. The fund is clearly modeled on the real-life Natural Resources Defense Council, whose annual budget is about the same: $44 million. Drake plans to create a series of vast mediagenic natural disasters to further his ideological environmentalist agenda. The ensuing action ranges from crumbling ice shelves in Antarctica and flash floods in the Arizona desert to a tsunami in the South Pacific. Environmentalism is essentially a religion, a belief system based on faith, not fact.

$100-BILLION PER YEAR STOLEN FROM UNITED NATIONS GLOBAL WARMING BANK - Billions of pounds are being wasted in paying industries in developing countries to reduce climate change emissions, according to two analyses of the UN’s carbon offsetting programme. Leading academics and watchdog groups allege that the UN’s main offset fund is being routinely abused by chemical, wind, gas and hydro companies who are claiming emission reduction credits for projects that should not qualify. The result is that no genuine pollution cuts are being made, undermining assurances by the UK government and others that carbon markets are dramatically reducing greenhouse gases. The criticism centres on the UN’s clean development mechanism (CDM), an international system established by the Kyoto process that allows rich countries to meet emissions targets by funding clean energy projects in developing nations. Credits from the project are being bought by European companies and governments who are unable to meet their carbon reduction targets. The market for CDM credits is growing fast. At present it is worth nearly $20bn a year, but this is expected to grow to over $100bn within four years. David Victor, law professor at Stanford university, says, “It looks like two thirds of all the CDM offsets do not represent actual emission cuts.”

Chemists study mysterious rain chunks - It didn't rain cats and dogs, apparently something strange did come from the sky in Bucks County. As we first told you on 69 News, a Perkasie resident contacted us after he found a strange substance all over his yard after a rainstorm. Today WFMZ's Joscelyn Moes called up a couple of chemists at Kutztown University to help her crack the case. They say they'd never seen anything like it.
KLSA TV CHEMTRAILS: US Govt secretly testing Americans again - "It seemed like some mornings it was just criss-crossing the whole sky. It was just like a giant checkerboard," described Bill Nichols. He snapped several photos of the strange clouds from his home in Stamps, in southwest Arkansas. Nichols said these unusual clouds begin as normal contrails from a jet engine. But unlike normal contrails, these do 'not' fade away. KSLA News 12 had the sample tested at a lab. The results: A high level of barium, 6.8 parts per million, (ppm). That's more than three times the toxic level set by the Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA. We discovered during our investigation that Barium is a hallmark of other chemtrail testing. This phenomenon even attracted the attention of a Los Angeles network affiliate, which aired a report entitled, "Toxic Sky?" There's already no shortage of unclassified weather modification programs by the government. But those who fear chemtrails could be secret biological and chemical testing on the public point to the 1977 U.S. Senate hearings which confirmed 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Later, the 1994 Rockefeller Report concluded hundreds of thousands of military personnel were also subjected to secret biological experiments over the last 60-years. KSLA News 12 discovered chemtrails are even mentioned by name in the initial draft of HR 2977 back in 2001, under the Space Preservation Act. It turns out, until just nine years ago the government had the right, under U.S. law, to conduct secret testing on the American public, under specific conditions. Only a public outcry repealed part of that law, with some "exceptions." Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, explained that short term exposure to barium can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains, with long-term exposure causing blood pressure problems. Ryan addressed concerns by chemtrail researchers that barium could be meant to wear down a person's immune system.

Bioweapons lab built on hurricane island - GALVESTON, Tex. — Much of the University of Texas medical school on this island suffered flood damage during Hurricane Ike, except for one gleaming new building, a national biological defense laboratory that will soon house some of the most deadly diseases in the world. How a laboratory where scientists plan to study viruses like Ebola and Marburg ended up on a barrier island where hurricanes regularly wreak havoc puzzles some environmentalists and community leaders. “It’s crazy, in my mind,” said Jim Blackburn, an environmental lawyer in Houston. “I just find an amazing willingness among the people on the Texas coast to accept risks that a lot of people in the country would not accept.” Officials at the laboratory and at the National Institutes of Health, which along with the university is helping to pay for the $174 million building, say it can withstand any storm the Atlantic hurls at it. Built atop concrete pylons driven 120 feet into the ground, the seven-floor laboratory was designed to stand up to 140-mile-an-hour winds. Its backup generators and high-security laboratories are 30 feet above sea level. “The entire island can wash away and this is still going to be here,” Dr. James W. LeDuc, the deputy director of the laboratory, said. “With Hurricane Ike, we had no damage. The only evidence the hurricane occurred was water that was blown under one of the doors and a puddle in the lobby.” The project enjoyed the strong support of President Bush. Dr. LeDuc acknowledged that hurricanes would disrupt research. Each time a hurricane approaches the island, scientists will have to stop their experiments and exterminate many of the viruses and bacteria they are studying. The university’s teaching hospital, on the same campus as the lab, has been shut down for more than a month. “As destructive as it was, Hurricane Ike was only a Category 2 storm. A more powerful storm would pose an even greater threat of a biohazards release.” That's the plan, of course.

TN Rep Dr Joey Hensley MD demands water districts to stop adding fluoride to drinking water - Republican state Rep. Joey Hensley said he wants water districts to stop adding fluoride to drinking water because of possible damage to infants' teeth. The Hohenwald physician said he mailed about 250 letters last week after hearing that too much fluoride can cause fluorosis, a staining of the teeth. The American Dental Association recommends infant powder formula or liquid concentrate be mixed with fluoride-free water to reduce the risk of fluorosis. Hensley said he worries that low-income mothers may not be able to afford bottled water. 1200 Tons of toxic mercury at Oak Ridge with President Obama sending 1-Million Tons of mercury to East Tennessee ASAP - U.S. Sen. Lamar Alexander said he's all in favor of banning exports of mercury to help the environment, but not if it means shipping thousands of tons of the toxic metal to Oak Ridge and storing it here forever. The Y-12 nuclear weapons plant already houses about 1,200 tons of mercury, left over from the plant's Cold War work on the hydrogen bomb, and Alexander said that's enough.

Terrorist TN mayor wants to genocide all slaves in Blount County - There's a controversy brewing in Blount County after the mayor there is now pushing for fluoride to be put in the county's water system. One woman with kidney problems is terrified of the prospect that her water supply will be fluoridated. She says when she left a system that had fluoride her health problems greatly diminished. "I'll not be drinking water again. Not out of the faucet if they go through with this." For Janet Lail, the thought of putting fluoride in the South Blount Utility District's water is terrifying. Stricken with kidney problems, Lail says she used to go to the hospital every couple weeks but when the district began making it's own water without fluoride. She's not alone. Tennessee state Representative Dr Joel Hensley MD says he's sent a letter to all utility districts in the state asking them to take out the fluoride. "The American Dental Association has been recommending that fluoridated water not be added to infant formula." But after several years, Blount county's mayor wants it in there. Jerry Cunningham, the Blount County Mayor says, "talking to a lot of my friends in the medical community, the dental community, that it's just the best thing." Cunningham is a career criminal and a terrorist who must be arrested immediately for aggrevated assault, attempted murder, terrorism, racketeering and organized crime under TN Code. His confession on this video is probable cause for his immediate arrest by police and by citizen's arrest. Deadly force and justifiable homicide in self defense are allowed by TN Code for the felony arrest of Jerry Cunningham and all criminals at ALCOA Corp who aid and abet his crimes or obstruct justice. Cunningham is a psychopath who must be stopped immediately. Spring City TN mayor removes deadly fluoride from water supply - Utility-supplied water in Dayton and Rhea County tainted with a harmful chemical that is damaging residents’ teeth and internal organs. According to a practicing physician serving in the Tennessee legislature, all fluoridated drinking water, which includes water provided by some utilities in Dayton and Rhea County, is harmful to humans, especially infants and young children. Mike Patrick, chief operator of the Dayton Water Treatment Plant, said he had not received a letter from Hensley but had read a copy of it on the Internet. The Herald-News received a copy of the letter via email from The Lillie Center in Brentwood, Tenn. Patrick said he had not heard of any medical problems in Dayton or any other city caused by fluoridated drinking water, but he did note that the Dialysis Clinic Inc. “filters it out of their water.” Woody Evans, City Manager in Spring City, said he had received the letter from Hensley and had asked Greer Harris at the Spring City Water Filter Plant to stop adding fluoride to the water on Jan. 1. The letter he received, he said, has a long list of water districts that have already stopped adding fluoride to their water. “I don’t think we need to be drinking anything we don’t have to,” Evans said. According to Tisha Calabrese-Benton, deputy communications director for the Tennessee Dept. of Environment and Conservation, Watts Bar and Graysville water utilities have not been adding fluoride to their water. Although neither state nor federal governments require fluoride to be added to water supplies, the state of Tennessee does have guidelines for utilities that choose to do so. Patrick said the state requires a rate of 0.9-1.3 parts (gallons) of fluoride per million gallons of water. Dayton’s fluoride-water ratio, he noted, averages 1.0-1.1 per month, and in November, 70 million gallons of fluoridated water were used by local residents. Stockin said the problem with fluoride in the short term is not the amount of fluoride in the water but the “dose that is ingested by the person.” Dose, he explained, “is the total amount you get and how it impacts your body.” What is “really disturbing,” he said, is that “infants, on a body weight basis, are getting three to four times the amount of fluoride that adults are getting … and is potentially harmful.” But in the long term it can harm adults, Stockin said, explaining that “fluoride is a cumulative poison … a little less than half of all the fluoride you’ve ever ingested in your life is still somewhere in your body.” After a few decades of this, he said, you can “wake up some day with some sort of disease.” Stockin said that the issue of fluoride in drinking water “is going to dwarf tobacco in terms of lawsuits.”
Fluoride Pesticides allowed in organic foods, fluoride CFCs and fluoride Teflon cause lead poisoning and higher rates of violent crime - Sodium fluoride is used as a rodenticide and insecticide, mainly for roaches and ants. Phosphate fertilizers contain between one and three percent fluoride, and "fertilized tuber plants such as potatoes, beets, radishes, etc., assimilate more fluoride from the soil than from the atmosphere. Hexafluorosilicic acid captured by the superphosphate fertilizer industry is then sold for fluoridating our public drinking water. Over 90% of the fluoridated waters sytems in the US use either hexafluorosilicic acid or the sodium salt made from it. So one way or another the fluoride from the superphosphate industry enters our bodies via our food, our air or our water. We had requested information from USDA on the uses of NaF in organic agriculture. They have not replied. It is possible that the NaF which is allowed, like the agent used for fluoridating public drinking water, is an industrial waste product. In which case in addition to the toxicity of fluoride must be added concern about contaminants like arsenic, lead, and even traces of radioactive isotopes. Unlike chlorine, fluoride does not enter the steam when water is boiled. Thus during cooking the fluoride increases in concentration. Before World War II, fluorine could only be generated in very small quantities for experimental purposes "and could not be purchased at any price." The breakthrough to large scale production came from the work of the Manhattan Project's efforts to build the Atomic Bomb. Massive quantities of fluorine were necessary to separate and concentrate the uranium isotopes. In 1994, a FDA researcher published results from a study that found an association between residence in counties with high fluoride concentrations in drinking water (3 ppm) with decreased birth rates. In 1998, a fluoride study published in Brain Research reported damage to rat kidneys and brain at very low doses. A great deal of animal and human research, much of it published since 1990, points to fluoride's potential to damage the bones of the elderly, and interfere with the functioning of the brain, thyroid gland, pineal gland, kidney, and reproductive system. Fluoridation is cancer-causing, cancer-promoting, and is linked to increased cancer rates in rats, mice, and humans . Fluoride is more toxic than lead, and just like lead, even in minute doses, accumulates in and is damaging to brain/mind development of children, i.e. produces abnormal behavior in animals and reduces IQ in humans.

The grants were awarded for research into preventing or curing infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis and limiting the emergence of drug resistance. Among the proposals receiving funding was one from Hiroyuki Matsuoka at Jichi Medical University in Japan. "(Matsuoka) thinks it may be possible to turn mosquitoes that normally transmit disease into 'flying syringes,' so that when they bite humans they deliver vaccines," the Gates Foundation said. Founded in 1994, the Seattle, Washington-based Gates Foundation is the largest private philanthropical organization in the world.
CIA Mosquito Air Force to Inject You with Killer Bioweapons - Fort Detrick scientists discovered a Trinidadian who had been infected with yellow fever in 1954 and had later recovered. They took serum from the Trinidadian and injected it into monkeys. From the monkeys they removed infected plasma, into which they dropped mosquito larvae. The infected mosquitoes were then encouraged to bite laboratory mice and pass on the disease. This ingenious technique of public health research in reverse worked. The mice duly contracted yellow fever. Laboratories were built at Fort Detrick where colonies of the Aedes aegyptii mosquitoes were fed on a diet of syrup and blood. They laid their eggs on moist paper towels. The eggs would later turn into larvae, and eventually into a new generation of mosquitoes. The Fort Detrick laboratories could produce half a million mosquitoes a month, and by the late fifties a plan had been drawn up for a plant to produce one hundred and thirty million mosquitoes a month. Once the mosquitoes had been infected with yellow fever, the Chemical Corps planned to fire them at an enemy from 'cluster bombs' dropped from aircraft and from the warhead of the 'Sergeant' missile. To test the feasibility of this extraordinary weapon, the army needed to know whether the mosquitoes could be relied upon to bite people. During 1956 they carried out a series of tests in which uninfected female mosquitoes were released first into a residential area of Savannah, Georgia, and then dropped from an aircraft over a Florida bombing range. 'Within a day,' according to a secret Chemical Corps report, 'the mosquitoes had spread a distance of between one and two miles, and bitten many people.'" Fort Detrick labs also produced plague-infested fleas, ticks with tularemia, and flies carrying cholera, anthrax and dysentery.

BOSTON GLOBE - The FBI's counterterrorism unit has launched a broad investigation of US-based theft rings after discovering that some of the vehicles used in deadly car bombings in Iraq, including attacks that killed US troops and Iraqi civilians, were probably stolen in the United States, according to senior government officials.
Inspector John E. Lewis, deputy assistant director of the FBI for counterterrorism, told the Globe that the investigation hasn't yielded any evidence that the vehicles were stolen specifically for car bombings. But there is evidence, he said, that the cars were smuggled from the United States as part of a widespread criminal network that includes terrorists and insurgents.
Cracking the car theft rings and tracing the cars could help identify the leaders of insurgent forces in Iraq and shut down at least one of the means they use to attack the US-led coalition and the Iraqi government, the officials said.
The inquiry began after coalition troops raided a bomb-making factory in Fallujah last November and found a sport utility vehicle registered in Texas that was being prepared for a bombing mission.
Investigators said they are comparing several other cases where vehicles evidently stolen in the United States wound up in Syria or other Middle East countries and ultimately into the hands of Iraqi insurgent groups -- including Al Qaeda in Iraq, led by Jordanian-born Abu Musab Al Zarqawi.
Citing the sensitive nature of the ongoing inquiry, investigators wouldn't say how many specific cases they have found, and FBI spokesman Edwin Cogswell in Washington did not respond to repeated requests for comment.
But Lewis said the origins of the vehicles in question were unearthed by tracing the vehicle identification numbers, or VINs -- a standard production marker stamped on during manufacture -- as well as through other forensic tools such as auto parts. Some of the automobiles can be easily identified, specialists said, while others have had their VINs ground down or have been fitted with fake ones.
Investigators believe the cars were stolen by local car thieves in US cities, then smuggled to waiting ships at ports in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Houston, among other cities. From there they are shipped to black-market dealers all over the world, including in places like Syria where foreign militants fighting in Iraq are thought to be transiting from countries across the region and where they gain critical logistical support.
''It is getting a tremendous amount of attention in the US government," said Steven Emerson, who runs the Investigative Project on Terrorism, a Washington research firm that consults for law enforcement and intelligence agencies. ''We have gotten more calls on this than anything else in the last three or four weeks. [Auto theft] is an unregulated market. Some of the proceeds are going to terrorists."
Citing recent discussions with government investigators, Emerson said Al Qaeda terrorists suspected in suicide attacks in Saudi Arabia in recent years also apparently used cars stolen in the United States.
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, more than 1 million cars were stolen from US streets in 2003, the most recent statistics available. Government officials think the vehicles insurgents use were stolen from locations as varied as Virginia, Maryland, Texas, and Florida. Arizona reported more than 56,000 vehicles stolen last year, the largest per-capita number of thefts in the country.
Terrorism specialists think Iraqi insurgents prefer American stolen cars because they tend to be larger, blend in more easily with the convoys of US government and private contractors, and are harder to identify as stolen.
The new disclosures are part of a pattern, according to government officials. US law enforcement and intelligence agencies are increasingly finding links between violent Islamic extremists groups and vast criminal enterprises such as drug trafficking, weapons smuggling, and car theft.
Since the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, the federal government has cut off some of the terrorists' access to money, including freezing bank accounts of suspect groups and individuals and pressuring Middle Eastern governments to terminate aid. But terrorist operatives have found other means to raise cash, acquire weapons, or gain other logistical help. Facing greater scrutiny, terrorist groups are increasingly using illegal, highly lucrative business arrangements to support their operations, according to the FBI and other law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
Investigators say the criminal activities that terrorists use to raise money run the gamut from creating and selling fake documents to insurance fraud. Taliban and Al Qaeda followers are thought to be heavily involved in the expanding heroin trade in Afghanistan, and a US-based cigarette smuggling ring was linked to Hezbollah militants in Lebanon
James G. Conway, Jr., legal attache at the US Embassy in Mexico City, told the Globe that ''where you find terrorists you often find some kind of criminal activity."
Car theft, a criminal enterprise that costs US citizens more than $8 billion a year, now seems to have become a new enterprise for some terrorist groups, according to the law enforcement officials and private specialists.
''The car bomb is the top weapon in the world for carrying out terrorist attacks," said Lieutenant Greg Terp, commander of the Miami-Dade Police Department's Auto Theft Task Force. ''These car thieves don't necessarily know that they are financing terrorism, but they might."
Tracing the path of these vehicles from the streets of America to the local ''chop shop" -- where criminal wholesalers process stolen vehicles -- and then on to the black market half a world away could help thwart a terrorist network that has wrought some of the worst violence against US troops and thousands of Iraqi civilians.
''They want to follow it through the whole process so they can identify as many people in the process as they can," Terp said. ''As you go back to the chop shop guy, he may not know the end user is some terrorist, but who are his contacts?"

Things turned ugly when Greer began questioning Vassar about whether he still wanted Moncier as an attorney even though, in the judge's opinion, Moncier's "loyalty" lay with Grooms.
